About Me
Fallow Fawns Childminding was established in January 2018. I am a fully registered childminder, based in Bierley and I live with my partner and our two young children.
I employ a full time assistant and we work together in my home to provide the best possible care for your little ones. We have been graded Outstanding.
I have a large play room within my home, which is safe & secure and I have a large secure garden with a large undercover area, to promote free flow indoor/outdoor play.
I have lots of toys and games for your child to play with, to encourage further learning and also plan fun activities for your child to do, both on their own and with others. There are play groups, soft play areas and parks within close proximity, ensuring an even amount of outdoor and indoor stimulation.
I am able to offer funded places to 2,3&4 year olds and also offer tax-free childcare payments.
I am an honest, caring and loving person who is friendly, sociable and enjoys having fun.
My Experience
I love working with children and have done throughout my life, in a voluntary capacity. From coaching local sports teams, to supporting teaching staff in schools, being a lecturer at a local college and more recently, being a very proud mummy to my own children.
My Qualifications
I graduated from Huddersfield University in 2010, with a degree in Sports therapy, dealing with first aid and rehabilitation on a professional sport level.
I have completed my childminding course through Bradford Council, food safety training, hold an up to date DBS certificate, have completed my paediatric first aid course and have received in depth training on both safeguarding and Allergens.
More recently, I have completed Makaton for Babies and Families and Speech and Language Therapy, Working with words workshops.
My Availability
I am open Monday-Friday 7.30am-5.00pm.

I could honestly not leave my child with anybody else but Holleigh now. The care and attention she gives the children is second to non. The days are fun packed and my child has learnt so much in the few months she has been there. She has gained confidence and is always asking to go see Holleigh and Riya. The regular updates and photos throughout the day are perfect and make me feel at ease while at work. Amazing 100/10 service.

If your looking for a childminder then I would highly recommend Holleigh! We knew from the minute we met her we could trust her and my son would enjoy it here. Both my sons have gone here and they absolutely love it. The setting is great, they get loads of attention/care and do lots of activities which keep them entertained and having fun as well as learning at the same time.
Great communication and you can contact her any time without feeling like it’s too much trouble. You get updates on your child’s progress and get sent photos so you can see what they’ve been doing throughout the day 😊
My eldest is absolutely gutted to be leaving Fallowfawns, Holleigh really has gone above and beyond for us. Thank you x x

My daughter has been coming to Fallow Fawns for 18 months and absolutely loves it. As soon as we met Holleigh we knew this was the right setting for us. She was totally focused on our daughter and has always made us feel that our daughter is extremely special. The setting is child friendly with a large conservatory for indoor play & an enclosed artificial lawn for outdoor fun. Our daughter (now 2 1/2) has never not wanted to attend & always talks about Holleigh & her friends, even on her days off! I appreciate the guidance & advice that Holleigh has given us as 1st time parents. She is always willing to go that extra mile. It was a hard decision to place our daughter with a childminder & we have never looked back

I have been using fallow fawns for nearly 2 years now. Holleigh and staff are brilliant with the kids, my children are very happy and settled in this setting. When we moved further away we still continued too use fallow fawns. In the school holidays they do so many different activities they don't have time too be bored.
Holliegh communication regarding children's behaviour or eating habits are brilliant.
