My Experience

I have worked with children for 28 years and I have been a sole charge Nanny for 25, looking after a broad age of children from newborn to 14 year olds.

I have had 5 sole charge Nanny positions. I was with my last family for over 7 years, twins age 5-14 years, which ended in May 2019 due to children being teenagers.

In all my Nanny roles I have been responsible for daily tasks, meals times, helping with washing, dressing, school runs and taking to after school activities along with helping with homework. In most roles I was asked to buy clothes including school uniforms, shoes and take to medical appointments.

I am confident in my ability in working alone as well as part of a childcare team as I also have worked within the crèche at David Lloyd Milton Keynes. I was a Crèche Assistant for 5 years working with children age 12 weeks to 5 years, I have enjoyed getting to know all the children, forming a partnership with the parents and my colleagues.

I am currently working as an after-school Nanny for 3 children, twins and their older sibling.
