About Me
Hello there and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. My name is Bina and I am qualified, Ofsted registered childminder as well as a certified nursery nurse in South Ruislip. I have over 20 years of experience working with children. I hold a current DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service). It is on the updated system which allows security checks to be completed every year for your peace of mind.
I endeavour to follow the Revised Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), there are seven areas of learning which are embedded within the environment indoors and outdoors. This enables the children to achieve their full potential in a happy, safe, caring and fun environment. I will be completing written daily feedback, observations, planning and reports about your child's learning and development.
Activities are planned around the children's needs as well as following the EYFS, this will include activities such as maths, literacy, messy play, cooking, outings, singing, music and movement, yoga, story telling, rhyme time, sensory play and spontaneous adventures.
Outings include going to the library, park, local area and shops.
Before and after school care is ensuring the children are cared for independently under supervision. Ensuring homework and activities are planned around the children’s needs, interests and education under the school’s guidelines.
My Experience
I spent 15 years working in nurseries and I have gained a wealth of my experience. I was able to progress my career from a nursery nurse to a nursery manager. I worked 10 years as a nursery manager which has given me the skills to develop and encourage children to their full potential. I believe children should be in a caring, fun and challenging home to home environment to encourage self independence as well as encouraging education. The children are the heart of my life as they are from heaven!
The childmindering service is located in a converted garage with a large spacious area (through lounge) for the children to interact in with a separate bathroom and kitchen, addition to this I have freshly cooked food daily, nappies and wipes included in the price and a large spacious garden area with a climbing frame. Plenty of room for babies and children to have fun, care and education.
I have also installed CCTV within the premises and garden area, so parents have a peace of mind of securtiy and supervision of the children at all times. Safety is one of my number one priorities.
I have also been inspected by the local fire brigade and they have conducted a Home Fire Safety Visit to ensure all aspects of the home and garage building is safe.

Childminder service available Monday to Friday 7:00-7:00pm

Very clean setting for the children, and a lot cleaner than some nurseries I have seen in the area. My daughter has been going to Bina’s since she was 11 months old, and settled in very quickly. Bina makes indoor learning fun for the kids, but also allows them to explore the outdoors (pre-covid!), which not many nurseries do. I feel like Bina gives a lot of attention and care to all the kids and they really do flourish. I would highly recommend speaking to Bina if you are looking for a childminder.

5 stars from me again. Bina is my nanny mc phee fantastic with the children always smiles and happy person lovely person to be around my children always pleased to be baby sat by bina. I recommend her to everyone. :) x

Bina has a great setting at the back of her house. It is very clean and modern compared to any other nursery I have seen. She is great with all the kids, very flexible when it comes to hours and my 2-year-old daughter really warmed up to her quickly. I was looking for a last minute childminder for my daughter's nursery holidays and she was very kind and accommodating. She's a great choice for your child.
