About Me
I am a registered childminder in Putnoe, Bedford. I offer care in the school holidays as I am also a full time primary teacher. You can find out more about my setting by searching giggles and wiggles Jasmine Randall.
I have 5 years experience of teaching KS1 children and 12 years of working in various child care settings, including nurseries. I am available evenings and weekends term time for babysitting either at my home or yours.
I’ve set up my home to be inclusive and welcoming to all families. I have a keen interest to know your child’s interests and provide activities I and fun linked to what they enjoy as that is how they learn best. We plan to take the children out everyday to a park or the local library and have portable toys we can take with us to enjoy. Breakfast and healthy snacks are provided for children and independence is encourage with self serving at snack times.
My Experience
I have been a KS1 teacher for the past 5 years and have a childminding business in the holidays. I have worked in a variety of nurseries with children aged from 3 months to 5 years. I have planned for their development, cared for their physical needs and provided meals during the day. I have a passion for cooking and was a part of a team to develop healthy meals for children in the setting, I also have had experience of working as a head counsellor at an American summer camp with children aged 3-4 years old. My enthusiastic and friendly attitude enables children in my care to have fun and learn simultaneously through play.
My Qualifications
I have a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Studies with first class honours (equivalent to an A in grading). Following to that I have a PDGE teaching status.
My Availability
Available weekday evenings, weekends and full time during half terms and summer holidays.

Jasmine has been wonderful with our 2 year old, and he enjoys spending time with Jasmine going through all his toys!! She is very patient and engaging with him. Jasmine has babysat our son quite a few times over these last few months, and she’s always been on time, happy, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Jasmine.
