Sunflower Childminding- “Watch your children grow?
Sunflower childminding would like to welcome you and your child into my friendly, loving home where I provide a positive, happy and fun atmosphere to help children learn and grow. Below are some of the great activities that I provide:
•Visits to different playgroups, the library, to the local park and on occasions we will take a trip to a farm.
•Crafts, role-play, reading, musical instruments, baking, play dough, building blocks, pop up tunnel and tents plus much more.
•Celebrating different religious and cultural events throughout the year.
•Garden with a swing, slide and small climbing frame, ride-on, scooters, small bikes, football and more.
•Home cooked meals and snacks if needed or your can provide your own.
•Quiet sleeping area
•Time for free- play and structured activities which follow the Early Years Foundation Stages for under 5’s.
•Drop off and Collection from Fairway Infant School, Copthorne Juniors and local nurseries
My Experience
Hi my name is Stacy , I am a mum of 2. Nicole is17 years old and doing her A levels and Lois is 13 and at Imberhorne High School. I have been married for 18 years though we have been together for 27years. I have been a childminder for 11 years and have just qualified as a swimming teacher. I previously worked for the probation service. I worked for 8 years as a programme tutor helping offenders learn new life skills to deals with their problems and reduce their risk of re-offending.
My Qualifications
I have a Btec National Diploma in buisness and Finance, I have just completed the Homebased Childcare Certificate, I also have a Paediatric First Aid Certificate. I am insured with the NCMA, and have valid Business Use Car Insurance. I also have a valid Enhanced CRB check Certificate.
My Availability
Currently only providing wrap around care. Before and After school places available Mon- Fri . Please contact for details.
