About Me
Hi I'm Maureen and I live in the Old Town area of Swindon. Married for 33 years we have 2 boys of our own, one of 21 and one of 27 so am very used to children growing up in the home and all the fun that comes with that. I am a Ofsted registered childminder and DBS checked. I am on the Network and attend Network meetings. I currently collect children from King William Street Primary School and KWS Pre School. I take the children to different toddler groups in the area. Arranging regular trips to the local Library and to local parks.
My Experience
I have been childminding for the last 22 years and have enjoyed every minute with the children that have been with me. Watching them progress from babies to toddlers to leaving primary school. I enjoy helping them learn and develop into well balanced young children. My home has many and varied toys and games to enjoy during their stay. There is a small garden that the children can play in with outdoor toys and games. The day to day activity is planned and organised with a varied age of child in mind, the children will help me to arrange their day, either going to the park, different arts and crafts or musical activities and stories to help with their development.
