My Experience
I have 7 years experience babysitting for a number of different children at different times, ages ranging from newborns to 12 years old. I've looked after a maximum of 3 children - triplets, at the same time. I have also previously babysat over a full weekend (from Saturday morning, through the night to Sunday evening).
I have 3 years of experience working with children between the ages of 3-16 at a summer scheme and club. This consisted of organising activities, age-specific, for the children to take part in and making sure they were carried out safely.
