My Summary
About Me
Dear Mums and Dads,
I am Judit. Welcome in my friendly and homelike setting. I truly enjoy teaching small children and being taught by them. It is simply smiley, simply fun.
I meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage with create a safe and secure, but friendly and warm environment with challenges and lots of stimulation always keep an eye on individual needs.
We have a really bright and warm living room and a huge outdoor place, which is brilliant to have fresh air every day and our little play ground keep the children busy and fit.
We are often walking to Southfields Library, Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common, attending play groups. Sometimes we have a short journey to Wimbledon Village or Putney Bishop Park. If we are not out and about, having tea and telling stories in our pretending cake shop, singing during circle time, building skycaper, painting pictures for Mummy and Daddy, having new experiences during messy or sensory play.

My youngest son started at Judit's when he was 2 years old after his previous childminder closed her business. Fortunately, Judit had a space at her setting (she had been recommended to me by another mum at my older son's school). My son settled quickly into her setting.
Judit provides a wide range of activities throughout the day, some structured and some free play. She utilises her large outdoor terrace as an extended play area to the inside space. Here they get to play on the slide, in the pretend kitchen, water play and learn to grow and care for plants. She regularly takes them to the nearby play park and to Wimbledon common. Judit provides good feedback via what's app and in person on what they have done during the day, often with photos. She provides a wonderful range of home cooked food (I would often think I'd like to try some of the dishes as they sound delicious!) and has also accommodated my son's picky eating by making sure that there is something that he will eat. Judit is excellent at fostering relationships between the children at her setting, especially relationships between different aged children. Her own children (primary school age) are sometimes there after school. They are kind and generous to the children at the setting, often playing games with them. My son has a very good relationship with them and now loves seeing them at school.
Not long after my son started, one of her older neighbours across the street, stopped my husband and said "you've struck gold sending your child to her. I often see her with the children going on a trip and there is a lot of laughter and happiness, she is very kind and patient with them". I think that sums up our experience with Judit, we definitely have felt that we struck gold in finding her.
Judit is a wonderful childminder, and I can't recommend her highly enough. We first sent my little boy when he was 14 months. He settled in well and before long he was so excited to arrive that he'd forget to even say goodbye to me at drop off! He made good friends with the other children, and generally had a brilliant time. As well as plenty of free play, Judit would reguarly lead the children in more structured activities, such as craft projects inspired by holidays, including a range of cultures, e.g. Easter, Chinese New Year, etc. We were particularly impressed with the varied, healthy meals that Judit prepared - we're vegetarian, and although Judit isn't, she enthusiastically increased her repertoire of dishes, adapting traditional Hungarian dishes and searching out interestinng, child friendly recipes. Just as my son always napped more easily and for longer at Judit's, he was also more adventurous with what he would eat when at hers!
My son is now 6 years old, and he is so fond of Judit that he will sometimes ask to go to Judit's in the holidays, along with his little sister, who is two, and has now been going to Judit's for a year. We booked a place with Judit shortly after she was born, as we knew we wanted her to have the same wonderful experience as our son. Our little girl is just as happy with Judit, and it feels like Judit is part of the family, as she has effectively helped raise both our children. She is a calm, loving presence, whom my daughter will go to for comfort when she's upset, and to play when she's in the mood for fun. Judit has two children of her own, who are often around after school, and it warms my heart to see how kind and affectionate they are with my daughter, who adores them both, and insists on giving them lots of hugs :)
Our children are so precious, and it is a real gift to have found someone whom I trust completely to look after them, a place where I know they will be stimulated and learn while enjoying themselves, so that I don't feel guilty about dropping them off in the morning, because I know there's nowhere they'd rather be.
Our daughter started to go to Judit's sessions when she was 12 months old. She quickly settled in, and started her amazing journey with her. Our daughter stayed with Judit for 2 years and loved every day there. If she was in a good or bad mood Judit managed to support her or make her day even better. We as new parents felt so relieved and we knew that she was in good hands, almost like she would have stayed with a family member. The kids always played some fun games, learnt new skills or just enjoyed the forest or the garden. She enjoyed the meals at Judit's and with the very handy daily reports we knew what sort of activities they did. We are very thankful to Judit that she helped us too within these 2 years and was always open to discuss any questions or concerns. Judit's house is in a great location on a quiet street but still close to playgrounds and Wimbledon Common and Park. Our daughter is still missing Judit and her family and the other kids from the group. We cannot recommend her more to anyone :)
Judit is a brilliant childminder. My son has been with her for almost a year now, starting when he was less than a year old. He settled in very quickly and loves going to Judit‘s setting. We are so glad to have found her. Judit provides a loving home away from home atmosphere at her house and provides healthy and tasty meals. We can‘t recommend Judit highly enough.
Our son started with Judit at 11 months old. We were nervous about him starting in childcare, but we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He settled in so quickly, and was so happy to go to Judit's house each morning. We got sent daily reports of what he had eaten, and what activities they had done that day, and also some photos, and it was so nice to see him having fun with his friends.
Our son seemed to become part of the family, forming relationships with the other children and also with Judit's own children and husband.
He learned so much while he was there, and did lots of fun activities like painting, dancing, cooking and playing outside, and lots of reading books.
Thank you Judit!
