About Me
Hello, My name is Sonia, I am a Ofsted registered Childminder. I have 2 beautiful and bright children aged 9 and 5. I fluently speak, French, English and Farsi.
I strongly believe that children are different and unique, so they grow and develop at different rate. With the right support, our precious children will learn, develop and flourish for a better future. I am enthusiastic and dedicated to work in partnership with parents in order to help children grow in my secure home environment.
My setting is a home to home setting, a nurturing setting with different resources and activities based on individual children needs and interest, also reflecting and following the EYFS.
I believe in promoting a healthy, safe and stimulating positive space for children. I therefore
have a large dedicated playroom and garden for children to learn, play and explore.
It is hard to find the right childcare provider for your precious butterflies (Papillons). One of my slogans is to treat and care for children in a loving, fun and respectful way, the same way I will want my children to be cared for.
I am here to promote a relaxed and reliable service for your family needs. Please feel free to contact me.
Oh wait! one of my passion is cooking, so I will be providing a great variety of homemade, fresh and healthy food, snacks, milk and plenty of water. I will also provide nappies and help those ready to be potty trained.
My Experience
Beside my own experience as a mum of a 9 and 5 years, I have 3 years experience working in a Nursery (key worker for different age group). I have also cared for friends children from 3 month to 8 years 2 of which were autistic children.
My Qualifications
Level 3 in childcare
Childminding course by CACHE (understanding how to set up home-based childcare services)
Full Paediatric First aid (EpiPen training)
DBS check completed
BSc(Hons) Business Management Degree at Sunderland University
Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Early Years Setting

My Availability
I am available from 8 am - 6 pm. Monday - Friday. I am very flexible and willing to do flexible hours. I am able to work after 6 pm and start early if required.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £9.00 per hour
Childminding from £8 per hour
£75 per day including meals, snacks, wipes and diapers too.
My rates vary dependant of the number of hours required - please enquire and I would be happy to discuss my fees.

Sonia is a beautiful, caring, patient, and brilliant childminder, my daughter adores and loves Sonia so much. Her positive, lively, and warm energy fills my daughter with so much joy. My daughter always comes home with lovely arts and crafts. She sends me lovely pictures and videos of my daughter, which I really appreciate. She also includes food, my daughter is always well-fed, and she understands my daughter's needs and wants.
I would truly recommend Sonia as a Childminder, she is 10/10.
When I have my next child or children I will be sending them to her lol

Sonia is absolutely amazing my daughter is very shy and I was really concerned with how she would settle in with Sonia. I highly recommend Sonia, Sonia has been absolutely amazing getting my daughter settled and the attention she gives to the kids is above expectations. Sonia has a way of making the kids listen and teaches them good values and curriculum. I love Sonia style of teaching my daughter has developed very well and loves Sonia food. Sonia cooks fresh food everyday which is a big plus my daughter never comes home hungry:-). Sonia is like a super mom, manages her time really well with the kids, time for learning, playing and having fun and makes clean up time interesting for the kids and managing a family of her own. Sonia has 2 young sons my daughter loves them like her own brothers :-)

Really great childminder, my child as enjoyed very much.
The place is very clean and the food amazing, my child loves it.

We love Sonia! She is very caring and fun with kids, she looked after my son very well and he was so happy everytime he is in there. He learns new good things everyday! Sonia is very proactive with kids too.
