My Requirements

I am currently looking for someone who can look after my autistic for 3 hours on the weekend for me to have a break or run some errands as I can't normallydo these things withhim. Preferably more hours during school holidays and half times.

Payment will be done by the Local Authorities direct payment once we agreed on an arrangement, Because of this they will need to do a DBS check if we agree on moving forward.

My son is diagnosed with ASD, he doesn't speak but currently has no serious behavioural problems ( someone with some SEN experience will be preferred but not necessary). Although I most be honest if its a childminders he struggles with new environments and transitioning the most, because of this he finds he harder and longer to settle down in to new settings. He needs a lot of time setting compare to other children, so he needs a lot more patience to allow him to settle, but once he does and build that trust with and adult carer he is very calm.

That's why I will prefer to have someone who can come over to ours to look after him to start with ( if possible) this will allow him to get use to the carer in the environment he is familiar with then we can move from there.
