About Me
I am married with two daughters aged 20 and 18. We live in a smoke free home (but do have a cockatiel)! five minutes walk from two parks and close to the town centre. I take school age children only and am currently serving St Francis, and Great Bradford's. My childminding focus is on a healthy and active lifestyle, therefore I offer healthy snacks and we walk to and from school as I do not drive. Also walking to and from school is a good time to practise times tables and spellings. I also focus on road safety.
I discuss the importance of good behaviour and respect for other children and adults.
I offer trips on public transport and even trips to London for the older ones in the school holidays if required.
While your children are in my care I would like them to feel like part of my family. We will if possible all sit down to our evening meal together.
My Experience
I have been registered as a childminder with Ofsted since 2018. I have brought up two daughters and have had lots of experience with children over the years with them plus other children in my family and my daughters' friends.
I used to be a governor at my daughters' school, I have experience in issues such as safeguarding.
My Qualifications
I hold a CACHE level 3 qualification in 'Preparing to work in home based childcare', and a current paediatric first aid certificate from St John Ambulance.
My Availability
I will be available Monday to Friday for before and after school. 7am to 6pm. I can assist with school holidays by arrangement.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.00 per hour
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
My fees are £4 per hour with a £1 per hour discount for second and subsequent siblings. There will be an extra charge for snacks, meals and trips.

I am also able to offer the local authority funding for 3 year olds during term time.
