About Me
Hello my name is Katie platt me and my husband our registered childminders . We have 3 beautiful girls of our own aged between 2-10 . A loving beagle named Bella who is like our 4th baby . A gentle tabby cat named Kiera who loves to sleep on her big sister pillow and stays outside chasing the birds most of the day.
We live in the grimsargh village on a lovely queit friendly street we have been blessed with a large garden in which we have created fantastic areas for the children to explore . We have a mud kitchen a home made den with a slide a chalkboard fence stepping stones and balancing board and coming soon sound garden all made from natural resources . We have plenty of area for free play and teddy bear picnics and anything else your little ones could Imagine.
We have a local park with beautiful adventure walks and plenty of wild life to spot. We visit local play groups , library's and love to explore in the become fell forest .
Me And my husband have both completed childminding work shops and a safeguarding and welfare and piedatric level 3 in first aid . I have also completed a counselling level 2 and health and social care level 2 .
Me and husband both drive so we have days out at the beach the zoo as well of having a walk around the village to explore our community.

My Experience
We have 10 years experience in bringing our own children up to be very respectful poilet friendly girls . In which we think is the best experience . I have worked as a dementia care assistant for the past 7 years , and my husband has worked as a grounds maintenance for over 10 years . We both feel it's time for a more enjoyable career and as we have loved helping and learning and watching our children grow , we both feel we can bring so much care and fun to helping your little ones in their early years stage .Our daughter has dyslexia and so does my husband so with our experience in this area we feel we will be able to offer children with learning difficulties (SEND) we will be able to work together with the parents to help them grow with there own idividuality also we will be able to go on regular courses to keep are knowledge fresh with new ideas

My Availability
We our available between the hours of 8 and 5 although we are flexible and would consider earlier and later hours . Monday till Friday. We our available before and after school and in school holidays
