About Me
I am an OFSTED registered childminder and a member of PACEY (Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years). I provide childcare in my own home where I have set aside a room to provide a safe yet stimulating environment including books, toys, activities and games. Weather permitting, children also have access to the garden which has a playhouse with swings and a slide, sand play and a trampoline. For pre-schoolers, I offer trips to local play groups, the local library and (weather permitting) the park.
For pre-school children I provide a home-cooked nutritious lunch. For after-school care I provide a healthy snack.
I love spending time with children and seeing them learn and develop. I know how important it is for you to be reassured that your child will be safe and happy in the time they spend with me and you are most welcome to visit, ask questions, view certificates, etc. to ensure this is the right place for your child.

My daughter was with Pinky for three years, and we couldn’t have been happier. Sadly, we had to relocate, but during those years, she absolutely loved going every day. She had so much fun, ate really well, and still talks about them all the time. I can’t recommend them enough!

My son has been with Pinky for 4 months (we're relocating and so sadly leaving) and settled in brilliantly. I felt happy and confident to go back to work after maternity leave knowing that he was being cared for so well. We've seen big leaps in his development too. A round fantastic. Thank you!

My daughter, Crystal has been going to Pinky's place twice a week since she was 10 months and she's about two and a half now. We had checked out two minders before Pinky but Crystal didn't warm up to them like she did with Pinky from the moment we went to tour her space and she settled in perfectly. Now, she wakes up saying "Kinki house, Mama I want Kinki house."
We have felt comfortable and confident leaving our daughter in Pinky's care and she is developing well. We highly recommend Pinky because she is indeed caring and her space is neat and clean.

Pinky has been looking after our kids - 3 yo girl and 5 yo boy - since we moved to the village last year. They liked her setting from the very first day and have been enjoying the different activities as well as meals provided by her. She is very flexible and trying to accommodate special one off requests whenever we run into challenges because of our lockdown working schedule or caring for our newborn. Our daughter said the other day ' I like Pinky a lot, she is always smiling at me'.

Pinky has been amazing and our Son loves her. I am a student/work in healthcare so need flexibility and she has been nothing but accommodating to us and sometimes we can be a pain but it is never any bother. I cannot fault her she is great!

My son and daughter have both been going to Pinky’s since May 2019. She provides a lovely, caring, home from home environment for both my pre-school little girl, and wrap around care for my school-age son. Pinky consistently goes above and beyond in her approach and flexibility to all in her care. They absolutely love her! We would all highly recommend her as a childminder.

In the past 7 months my daughter has been with Pinkie twice a week. Innitionally we were very nervous when she started as Pinkie was our first childminder but immediately Lucía has settled in perfectly. Our daughter is very happy with Pinkie and is developing well. We highly recommend Pinkie and will continue to use her in the future.

Pinky provides my two boys with a real home from home, she is kind, fun, and has helped both of them develop and grow in her care. She also has a great understanding of behaviour and provides consistency and support which has helped both boys to feel confident and supported. Our family absolutely love Pinky and we are so happy that we found her.

We are really lucky to have Pinky so close to us and she is super good with our son and with the rest of the kids.

My son started going to Pinky's in October 2018 when he was 16 months old. He goes for 3 mornings a week which includes dropping other kids at school first thing and also having lunch. He absolutely loves it! It's like his second home and most days he doesn't want to leave which I think speaks volumes!
Pinky has a lovely room filled with toys and books and a nice play area in the garden. Sometimes she takes my son to a playgroup to interact with other kids of a similar age which I think is brilliant. She is so good with my son and having raised three great kids of her own, she is well qualified to look after others.
She is very good at communicating, she has been flexible in terms of my schedule and I know that my son is safe with her so I don't have to worry at all when he is with her. I would highly recommend her to other parents looking for a childminder.
