My Summary
About Me
I HAVE NOW FOUND FULL
TIME EMPLOYMENT.
I am looking for a full time position. Minimum 50 hours per week but preferably more. Please only message me if you can provide those hours.
I am a highly experienced Ofsted registered nanny with excellent references. I pride myself on working well with parents in order to provide the best possible care for their children.
I believe early education is essential, therefore I teach children through toys, singing, educational activities, play dates with their piers and reading.
All children are different and develop at their own pace therefore I adapt my teaching to match the child’s ability.
As important as learning is, it’s equally important for children to have fun. I like to strike a healthy balance between the two.
I enjoy discovering what your area has to offer in terms of activities for children and getting to know other nannies in the area who are looking after children the same age in order to organise play-dates. I believe it’s important for children to be around their piers.
I am use to sole charge as well as doing a nanny share.
What you can expect from me as your nanny:
- I am a supportive, kind and caring nanny. I’m firm but fair. I will make them laugh and always try to communicate with them in a way they understand.
- I enjoy playing all sorts of activities with kids including sports, reading, board games, arts & crafts and education games. For older children I will make sure they do their homework and assist when possible.
- I’m happy to do light housework (provided it’s in relation to the children e.g. cleaning the kitchen after preparing their meals).
- I am very organised. For babies, I like to make a note and summarise their daily routine. In the past I have assisted with weaning and sleep training.
I have worked for wonderful families who are happy to provide references on request.
I’m preferably looking for a full time role:
(50 hours per week minimum). My rate is £14 net per hour.
I’m happy to send you my C.V via email and I hope to hear from you soon.
My Experience
I have 6 years of experience as a nanny; with children between 0-12 years old.
14 years of experience babysitting/ ad-hoc childcare.
My Qualifications
Diploma in massage therapy, certified infant massage instructor, common core skills knowledge training and paediatric first aid certificate.

Holly has so much energy and is really great at getting the kids out in all weathers, organising activities and networking with other nannies in the area to provide exciting days and lots of play and socialisation. I miss the little one but I know she really doesn’t miss me! The lovely photos Holly sends throughout the day confirm to me I’ve made the best choice.
Our daughter, now 18 months, has really flourished in our nanny share and we are so sad to be saying goodbye to her little partner in crime as he goes off to nursery. Our hours with Holly are 08.30-5.00, while she has been working 08.00-7.00 with the other family.
I’m really happy to chat about our experience of the nanny share and our approach as you’re not just getting Holly, you’re getting us too to some extent!
We live in a quiet area of Blackheath, very close to the heath, with a large garden that is great for exploring. We have a spare bedroom next to the nursery that can be used for the other child in order to accommodate a different sleep routine if needed.
Annual planning on holidays is really the only restriction we’ve felt. The advantages of having your little one under super bespoke care, in a home environment and out in the world with their friends, more than compensates.
Looking for a new family from September but we are willing to wait for the right match :-) Our daughter will be going to nursery in September 23 so we’re looking at a year’s arrangement ideally.
All the best!
She worked for us temporarily from July-November. We hired her because I was recovering from open heart surgery. Due to covid restrictions I was not able to pre meet Holly and show her the ropes. She came in and managed my two boys (2,4) with no problems from day 1. She took over their care from 8-6pm and kept them both very happy. At a very traumatic time for them. It was so fantastic for us as I needed to be able to concentrate on healing and the reassurance they were fine helped so much. It was a seamless transition and such a god send for us.
She did everything you would expect- took them out, prepared meals, tidied up after them, basic tidying of house (from their mess) played with them, read stories, did activities etc. She did some washing, loaded the dishwasher and unloaded it for us.
Because of our situation we needed someone who followed the covid guidelines to reduce our risk and she did this. She even stopped attending the gym for us! We felt very safe.
She always arrived on time and was very committed to her job. She gets pleasure from working with children and adored our boys. They loved her too and are already missing her. They got on with holly straight away. My son has been saying since she’s left - where’s holly? She’s my family. That says a lot really!
She communicates very well. It was a strange set up as we were all in the house and she managed this very well. She works well with parents around and individually(which can be hard to find not everyone wants to have parents hanging around.) She respects the parents opinion and follows their lead on matters (as an example discipline- we talk through conflicts and she did this without hesitation) She takes her job very seriously and again respects what you say.
I would highly recommend Holly. We were unable to keep her on as it was a temporary position but any family would be lucky to have her.
Holly has looked after my kids on a number of occasions and done a fantastic job. My two oldest children always really look forward to seeing Holly and she is reliable, experienced and enthusiastic. We highly recommend her.
Holly has a natural connection with babies and toddlers. I could see that my son (now nearly 18 months) felt completely at ease with her right from the start; they now have a really close bond and he is thriving and making impressive progress in Holly’s care. Holly immediately understood and adapted to our parenting style and is very easy to have around. She is also flexible and understanding of our sometimes unpredictable work schedules. I would highly recommend Holly to anyone who is looking for a caring and trustworthy nanny who truly loves working with children.
Holly helped us with our twins, first as a mother's help when they were newborn, then as a part-time nanny doing sole care when I started to go back to work. She is an absolutely natural with babies and children of all ages, she has a very genuine caring nature, and is completely trustworthy.
