About Me
I am a registered childminder. I have a grown up family who have all left home and have children of their own. I decided to become a registered childminder as I have a large house and lots of time to devote to a childcare and an education business, in my own right. In my spare time I enjoy the arts, traveling, music, cooking for friends and furthering my knowledge in my subject area. I am currently undertaking a course in Child psychology and other CPD.
My Experience
I am an Early Years Practitioner with extensive qualifications and expertise in all areas of Early Years Education and Childcare. I have been working in the education sector since 2001 as well as as teaching young adults in the NEET group. I have extensive experince in working with EYFS children with speach and language and special needs. In the last 10 years I have been teaching in culturally diverse areas in East London. While working in education I was actively promoting partnership working within schools to overcome some of the issues that are problematic in meeting the needs of children in diverse settings. I have an holistic approach to childcare and work with each child's interests and abilities to maximise their potential in all areas of development. I believe that children learn through play and engaging in a varied experiences.

BA (Hons) Early Years Education, CCLD Level 2/3 Teaching and learning in schools Level 3, BETC n Business L3, Certificate of Education (7304), Paediatric First Aid, PAFA IN schools ,FAAW, H&S, Food Hygiene. SEN, S&L

We had such a wonderful experience with Tracey as childminder to both our daughters and were sad to say goodbye after a recent move out of London!
Tracey enriched our children's lives and provided us with complete peace of mind when leaving them in her care.
Tracey provides regular updates on the fun and educational activities/outings the children participate in on a regular basis.
There is a wonderful 'home away from home' feel in the setting and Tracey provides a nutritious varied range of meals for the children.
With her kind and caring nature and expertise in childcare, I would not hesitate in recommending Tracey to any parent looking for care for their child.

We are hugely lucky to have found Tracey to look after our son. She's a wonderful, caring, supportive, organised and very competent childminder, who has looked after him full time for the last two years since he was 7 months old. They have a lovely bond. Our son has flourished in her care, learning basic skills, good manners, support and tolerance of other children, self-reliance and also some more academic skills like numbers and letters. Tracey's also been really supportive of us as parents and brought her wealth of experience to the advice she's given us about everything from behaviour to sleep to potty training. We have and would unreservedly recommend her to other families.

Tracey was a great childminder to my son. He loved the time spent with Tracey and the other children and was always excited to go round. I always felt like he was in safe hands and Tracey was great at updating me on his development and what activities he did each day.

Tracey Fleet is amazing childminder! She was taking care of my one year old twins 5 days a week . From first moment when i met her she made me feel very comfortble and i trusted her stright away. Her house was always clean, she has louds of activities for children and her food menu really healthy , so my twins where really happy staying with her ,they where always exciting to come to her . Never had any issues ! Strongly recomend !

Tracey is an excellent, caring, highly competent, organised, dynamic childminder. She has looked after our two children (2 and 6years old) after school and in half term. She plans varied and interesting activities and feeds them healthy food, and has made her home a welcoming calm place to be. Her years of working in nurseries shows. We would recommend her to other parents.

Tracey is amazing! She has provided outstanding care for my daughter who is always happy to be there. Tracey’s high level of experience is evident when you enter her home. All areas of the EYFS are catered for which has enabled my daughter to really develop her skills towards her Early Learning Goals. Tracey also provides lovely healthy food which my daughter really enjoys! I couldn’t be happier with Tracey and I am so pleased I have found someone so experienced who provides a home from home!
