I’ve not had a easy start to life I was born with a rare bone condition so as a child I was very accustomed to hospital life but this is what drove my passion for SEND with inderviduals
I use my own experience to help better someone else’s
My Experience
I have child care experience through a council funded program with children with special needs and learning disability. within this my responsibility were to encourage the children to learn and to grow as individuals and to motivate children into doing positive activity’s to benefit wellbeing .
I also have knowledge of childcare from smaller jobs work experience and theory knowledge from the qualifications I hold.
I also a present hold a job supporting young adults inderviduls with autism / LD
