Zoe Eggett has looked after my son for two days a week, from April 2015 until November 2015, from the age of 10 months until almost 17 months old. I have been delighted with every aspect of Zoe’s care and I am very happy to recommend her services to future parents.

Zoe offers a safe and stimulating home environment for babies and young children. She organises a balance of structured activities, with time integrated for free play. Activities have included trips to the local baby gym, playgroup and farm, with plenty of time spent outside at the park or in her garden. At her home, my son has spent time painting, playdough making and engaging in various crafts and activities. He has always thoroughly enjoyed his days with Zoe. Her home is always bright and tidy with lots of different toys, books and music on offer.

Zoe organises age appropriate activities and carefully integrates the needs of the children in her care. I have always felt confident about my son’s safety both at her home and out on trips. Zoe keeps parents up to date with photos during the day and regular check ins at the start and end of each day. She also provides a detailed daily diary.

From the age of one, Zoe offers well planned and nutritious meals and snacks. She has been very focused on my son’s development and wellbeing, helping and reporting back on his early speech development, as well as physical milestones such as walking.

The only reason we are sadly ending our contract with Zoe is because we are leaving London. Otherwise, I would have hoped to keep Zoe as our child minder for several years to come, and with our second child.

Wondeful childminder!

Zoe is a wonderful childminder & my daughter has always loved going to her house, ever since she started at 10 months of age. She's now 3 and a half & back there for nursery holidays, which is a great help!
It's like a home-from-home for my daughter, she feels so comfortable there. Zoe provides a perfect balance of nurturing care & fun, active stimulation with lots of toys, activities and outings.
She's great with both babies & toddlers alike, when my daughter first went there, Zoe bottle-fed her with expressed milk & put her down for a nap. She helped her learn to walk, and really helped when it came to potty training, in fact my daughter had her 1st potty success with Zoe!
She's great at encouraging her to eat, no mean feat with my daughter who's always been a fussy eater. It's reassuring knowing Zoe is a mum of 2 & has gone through all this with her own children, as well as the numerous children she's cared for over the years.
They regularly go out & get plenty of fresh air, exercise & socialisation with other childen. Zoe always sends me lots of pictures so I can see all the activities my daughter is getting up to. But it's also good to know that Zoe has a lovely home, with lots of age-appropriate toys & a garden & space for activities like painting & cooking.
There has on average been one or two other children at Zoe's (a couple more now in the holidays) which has been perfect as they get to socialise but also get plenty of one-on-one attention & nurturing, loving care, which is so important in these early years.
Zoe has also provided some babysitting for us in the evenings, which is great as it's so much nicer to go out knowing there is someone my daughter is really familiar with & experienced taking care of her.
Overall, Zoe provides a fun, caring, loving, safe & homely environment and I couldn't recommend her more highly. My daughter is always so excited to go there & so happy after being there. Since she could talk she's always told me how much she loves Zoe & the other children and how much she enjoys it there.
