Little Explorers tiney home is well loved for it's tree house with slide and swings, mud kitchen, toy tractor and wooden toy house full of toys.
We have a little garden where we grow our own vegetables. In the playroom there's lots of toys to play with, activities such as magic sand, playdoh, dress-up, role play or sensory play on a turf tray are out every day!
We have two miniature dachshunds, Pickle and her daughter Ellie who absolutely adore little ones.
We regularly visit toddler groups in the local area giving the children the opportunity to socialise with others whilst learning new skills. We are also lucky enough to live close by to parks, playgrounds, petting farms and nature trails.
I'm Montessori inspired childminder and follow the EYFS guidelines and provide activities that follow the 7 key areas of learning & development and care for children as if they were my own.
My Experience
I've been in childcare since 2009 and always aim to inspire and encourage children's development, organise both indoors and outdoors activities.
Help the children to develop through educational games and plays. Cook healthy meals for children, bottle feeding. Plan and arrange safe, fun learning opportunities. Visit various centres and institutions with children’s activities.

Barbara was childminder for my 2years old girl before she left to preschool. We had very positive experience, my daughter loved Pickle and Ellie to greet her at the door and play with them in the garden and at home, the wholesome foods Barbara made, playgroups she was taken, picnics in the parks. I would pick her up rested and content. I feel really grateful for my experience and would highly recommend Barbara for her calm and nurturing nature, hands on approach.

Barbora is fabulous, she looked after my baby from when i returned to work after maternity leave until she was ready for a wider preschool setting.
My daughter loved Barbora and her family and i would not hesitate to recommend her or use her again.

Barbora has been looking after our son for 2 years. We started with her when our son was 8 months old and she has been fantastic. She manages to do so much with the children including forest walks, farm visits, day trips to London, and activities and classes every day of the week. She is very reliable and has not once taken a day off sick, which I find amazing. She is also very flexible, and even if it is short notice always tries to accomodate our sometimes short notice requirements for babysitting or longer hours. Our son enjoys his days with Barbora as there is always something exciting to do. In short, I can't recommend Barbora enough.

Barbora is a fantastic nanny she has looked after our son since he was a few weeks old & my little boy gets so excited to see her when she comes as he’s sure to have a good time either at our local park or with messy play that she kindly takes him too. We also often request her to childmind him sometimes at very short notice. Barbora has always very kindly accommodated our requests even making yummy pizza & biscuits with her boys & my little one. Such fun!!
As a new parent, I did struggle with a few things and Barbora was on hand every step of the way. I would 100% + recommend her to look after your little ones.

Barbora as Nanny for my twin girls who are aged around 3 years was reliable. Twins looked forward for her activities. She is calm and presentable. Always plans her activities. My twins enjoyed and would look forward for outdoor and indoor activities She has a balanced approach and very friendly.
My twins enjoyed all the craft activities, story read and park visits too. Thank you

Barbora has been our Nanny for 2 years, as part of a nanny share for our little boy, and another little boy. She started with us when our son was 8 months old and has been fantastic. She manages to do so much with the children (she also picks up two children after school on certain days that she used to nanny for), including day trips to London, and activities and classes every day of the week. She is very reliable and has not once taken a day off sick, which I find amazing. She is also very flexible, and even if it is short notice always tries to accomodate our sometimes short notice requirements for babysitting or longer hours. In short, I can't recommend Barbora enough :)
