About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder with a good rating. I have many years experience looking after children. I live with my husband Martin, our son Jacob and our two dog's Molly and Maggy. I live in a three story house and all the ground floor is our Little Lambs setting. We also have our craft cabin outside which has heat and light the children always enjoy fun activities in the craft cabin. I work with my assistant Katy before and after school. I believe that play lays down the foundation for the development and learning for young children. Most children play spontaneously, although, on occasions this may need adult support, and it is through play that children will develop intellectually, creatively, physically, socially and emotionally. Well-planned experiences based on children’s play whether the play is spontaneous or planned play, both indoors and outdoors, is an important way in which children can learn with enjoyment and challenge at the Little Lambs setting. Children learn when they are in a safe and caring environment where they are stimulated through play.
My Experience
Little Lambs has been open for over four years. In these four years the business has grown and Little Lambs comes highly recommended. We currently have children from 9 months to 10 years.
