Hello, my name is Sian. I have a wealth of experience in the childcare sector ranging from new-born up to teenagers. The greatest experience of them all is now being a mum myself to a beautiful baby girl. (Bias, I know)
I am currently looking for a part time nannying job where I can also bring my daughter along with me. This would enable your child and mine to interact with each other and build on their social skills.
Before I went on maternity leave, I worked in the NHS, however I have continued to babysit on a regular basis. Working in the NHS has enabled me to gain lots of skills which is also important when looking after children. Resilience, professionalism, and flexibility. No two days are ever the same when working in the NHS or with children, so quick thinking and being able to adapt to change are also strong qualities of mine.
I am a strong believer that play should be child-led, free flowing and natural. I am motivated to support the learning and development of children, whilst also ensuring their needs are being met in a happy and healthy environment. I enjoy a range of activities, messy play, cooking, and the great outdoors. All weather is good weather!!
I currently attend a few baby classes a week and would love to be able to join new classes with your children in the future. I also have a few nannying friends so there is always an opportunity to interact with different children and make new friends.

Sian has been looking after my twin boys for the past couple of months, both daytime and evenings. She has been so fun with them, keeps the place lovely and tidy, and is very reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend her to anyone :-)
