About Me
My name is Ferdous, i am mature, bubbly and outgoing with bags of energy, very friendly and enjoy meeting new people. I always have a smile on my face, especially around children, and also is a passion and also extremely rewarding to be part of, and to watch each child’s development as they grow. I think that children should have structured and routine in their day, clear boundaries and to be taught the difference between right and wrong. I also add an elements of fun and freedom of choice for the children to gain independence, self esteem and confidence. The thing I enjoy most about children is building a bond with both the child and the family and working in partnership with them aid the children’s development and watch them grow.
My Experience
I am a teaching assistant for several years, working in mainstream schools and nurseries. I have worked well with children, parents, carers, colleagues and other professionals. I have developed strong skills in supporting young children and encouraged co-operation with good behaviour and making sure the children safe at all times.
My Qualifications
Young people’s workforce - Early Learning and Childcare level 3.
Teaching Assistant Level 3
BTEC Level 3 in Business Studies
11 GCSE’S including English and Maths
