About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I live with my husband and a teenager daughter. I am very passionate about working with children, and I offer a fun and warm environment full of learning opportunities. Our day to day is a mix of free play and exploring the outdoors around us, with some structured learning such as messy play, crafts, story and singing time. We do weekly visits to soft plays/playgroups and occasionally we do special trips to near farms and animal shelters.
My fees include morning and afternoon snack plus lunch, and outings.
I accept childcare vouchers and Tax-free Childcare.
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder since June 2018, but I have worked as a babysitter and nanny since 2014.
My Qualifications
Level 3 CACHE in Home-based childcare, safeguading course, member of Pacey, Paediatric Fist Aids trained, Level 1 and 2 of Food Hygiene, Autism Awereness level 2.
My Availability
*I do not provide school drops/ school pick ups/wrap around care*
I am open from 8.00 am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, but can be flexible and provide different hours on request. Our little girl has been with Su for a few months now and has settled really well. Su's environment is well set up, clean and stimulating, and she has a big garden with lots of play equipment. Su also ensures there are varied and fun activities for the children in her care and is extremely thorough with her safeguarding processes. We find Su to be reliable and consistent and our daughter is always happy to see her. I recommend her setting!

I would like highly recommend Su to everyone, who is looking for childminder.
When I first time met Su,it was straight away 100% yes from me.
I was very nervous before I came,as I knew that I need to go back to work and I'll need to leave with this person my precious boy for whole day.
She is such a lovely person and you can see straight away how much she loves children.
I felt that this is the right person and place for my child. I'm very picky person,when it goes to the place,as It should be perfectly clean and tidy, Su's house is absolutely spotless!
My little boy was always happy and smiling when I was picking him up and he always was running to her house in the morning, which for me tells a lot! They was doing lots of activities,walks,my sons speech improved massively!
I'm so happy that I found her. Now he will go to nursery in school and it was very upsetting to say a goodbye to her for all of us,we hope we still will be in contact, as Su is not only a good childminder, she is a great person!
