My name is Marina,
I'm looking for a family/s to start working from Feb/Mar 2025 (preferably around this area East, I'm already familiar with all the different playgroups, activities, playgrounds...)
Currently working for a few families in E8 freelance (baby girl 4 months, B1years old, B4…)
My last full time job as a Nanny, I started with this family when the baby was 6 months old, and in one year we did so many things, we went to disco baby, playgroups, V&A museum, parks, playgrounds, library, lido, soft play…the usual places i go with the little ones. (when I started the mum told me that she was struggling with the naps, so we work together in that and other steps of his first year together!). He started nursery in Sep. I look after him one evening a week to have spanish evening.
Here is a little bit about myself.
I’m from Barcelona, I have been in London for 12 years. I'm a friendly, creative person, organized, dependable, professional, warm, thoughtful and confident. I'm good with kids.
I studied Fashion Design and Art. I speak English, Catalan and Spanish.
I have experience with babies from 3/4 months to 8 years old kids.
I have been working as a Nanny since 2021 (after the first year of Covid), before the lockdowns I was working as a waitress in a cafe in Hackney, previews of that I worked as a Visual Merchandiser (kids-wear most of the time for 3 years) 6 years working for H&M since I moved to this country.
My interests include music, festivals and gigs, discovering the world, fashion, vintage clothes and furniture, taking photos, drawing, painting, swimming, tennis, yoga...
I have First Aids, DBS.
I have a few recommendation letters if you are interested.

2024/25
The last months of 2024 and Jan 2025 I have been looking after different kids,
I worked some days sporadically looking after a little baby G4 months.
Pick up a little B4 from school or B1 from nursery and have spanish evening.
I have been doing some dog sitting too.
2024
My current family with a B1 and a half (he was 6 months went I started).
It was a fun year seeing him discover the world through a kid's eye for the first time (sounds, the first words, eating new food, watching the animals at the park, interacting with other kids, going to museums, playgroups, soft plays and lido...) and making sure he had healthy meals and snacks and that he did his daily naps.
2023
I worked for a family with two girls G1 and G4 in N16 for four days a week, going to play groups or library, museum in the morning with the little one G1 and pick up her sister G4 after nursery and going to the playground, prep the lunch for the little one and the snacks for the afternoon and some days i was prepping dinner for them too.
I worked some days sporadically looking after a little baby G3 months in Victoria Park area, till they move to N16 and they found a new nanny and nursery in the new area.
For a few weeks in September i was working for an Italian family in E8 with a little B3 and in October I started with my current family B6 months.
2022
I worked for a family with a B8 months. It was my first time with a baby and I have to say, I had so much fun seeing how he was learning and changing so quickly through the year, and all the different experiences (the day he said my name I got super excited)
He loved to be outside at the park so we were most of the time at the park, playgrounds, playgroups, library, museum…
2021
I was looking after two siblings, G8 and B4, from January of 2021 (COVID time) it was a full-time job (cooking, playing at home or going to walks to the park and playground) for the first 4 months till the kids went back to school, then after school pick ups and holidays.
Beginning of 2018 for 3 months and a half, after my work as a VM in H&M, I was looking after a little B3, picking up from nursery. (it was something temporary)
I did some sporadic babysitting for some of my neighbors over the years too..
