I am 36 year-old, originally from the sunny city of Lisbon, the capital of the tinny but incredibly beautiful Portugal.
I am extremely flexible and adaptable with a very good knowledge of child psychology and development; devoted to helping children to think creatively, solve problems independently, and respect themselves and others.
My Experience
My academic and professional background is quite diverse: I have a professional diploma in Journalism and a BA hon in Media and cultural studies, and I used to work as a journalist and copywriter. However, life works in mysterious ways and I ended up getting into the field of childcare and education a few years ago, and that is now my full-time occupation, which I perform with more joy than any other role I have had throughout my life. At the moment, I work as a Further Education teacher at a college in Manchester. I have a Masters degree in Child Studies, and I am currently completing a teaching qualification ( DTLS).
