About Me
I live in a quiet road within short walking distance of local shops, playground,Woodlands school / nursery and an indoor soft play centre. I provide a clean, caring professional environment. I believe that it is important to combine a happy home with high quality childcare so that children can enjoy and fully benefit from the time they spend with me. I provide flexible childcare in a home environment and build a strong relationship with parents to best meet their needs. I take to and collect from Woodlands school and nursery. I enjoy the countryside,walking ,gardening and reading in my spare time.
My Experience
I have been childminding since 1992 and have cared for many children from 12 weeks old to 13years old. Many of my "grown-up" children stay in touch with me, and I have even cared for their children. I keep up to date by regularly going on courses and have NVQ lvl 3 in Childcare. I am registered with OFSTED. My OFSTED report graded me as GOOD.I have supported new childminders.I am a member of PACEY.I achieved NCMA Quality cert.lvl 3.
My Qualifications
NVQ lvl 3 Child Care Learning and Development.
Paediatric first aid level 3
Child Protection Advanced level 3
Safeguarding Children level 2
Food safety in catering lvl 2
Health and safety lvl 2.
My Availability
One space on a Tuesday from Sept 25.
Opening hours are 7.30am - 6.30pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please contact me for more information.
15 hour funded sessions are usually 3 x mornings or 3 x afternoons a week.
30 hour funded places are 3 x 10 hour days a week.
Unfunded spaces at normal fee ,minimum 7.5hrs a day.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
£5.50 an hour. ( half fee during school holidays if term time only ) £6 an hour from September 25.
Before school £7.50 (7.30 am - 9am )
After school £16.50 ( 3pm - 6.30pm )
Childcare vouchers/ tax free childcare accepted.
2 / 3 /4 year old 15 / 30 hour funding for eligible children.

I have been using Sarah as a before and after school childminder for about 5 years. Origionally for both of my children but now just for one, my eldest is now at senior school.
Sarah offers a stable, nurturing environment which both of my children flurished in. Sarah is patient, fair and respectful for every childs needs. The knowledge that Sarah has is so valuble in times of need that us parents sometimes have. She is happy to help in every way possible.
My children (even my eldest who hasnt been for over a year) really enjoy and like being in Sarahs company.
If your in need of a childminder i can't recommend her enough. She's like a part of the family.
