About Me
Hello, my name is Micha and I am 26 years old. I have completed my level 3 Award, Certificate, Diploma in Childcare and Education(Early Years Educator). I achieved an A* in my first year and an A grade overall.
I am very passionate about working with and caring for children and very much enjoy doing so. I have a great understanding of the EYFS and therefore have plenty of ideas for fun and educational ways to spend time with children of all ages! As well as ensuring your child has a fun time I will also make sure they are safe at all times.
I am fully confident in the responsibilities that come with looking after a child e.g. nappy changing, bottles, weaning, risk assessments..
I am currently working but available for occasional babysitting in the mornings and evenings and all day Mondays & Tuesdays.
I have a clear and up to date DBS & also hold an up to date Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid.
I also have lots of experience with animals, from having my own pets to volunteering at sanctuaries, so would be absolutely confident and comfortable with any pets!
My Experience
I have 5 years of experience working in nurseries, schools and family homes with children from 3 months to 16 years old. Previously I have worked as a nanny for home educated children, as well as for younger babies, my latest childcare role was as a pre-school teacher. I am currently working outside of childcare for my main job but still have availability for some childcare jobs. I have lots of experience of supporting children with various additional needs.
