Hi there im Bianca. Im outgoing, friendly, honest, reliable, responsible, fun, nurturing, and most of all, very pateint. I have worked with children since the tender age of 18. Im now 39. I started off working with a charity called Toy Library, who helped children with disabilities, this experince was very eye-opening for me, and it really gave me a sense of purpose.

My Experience
I have 10 years of nursery experience with outings, school pick-ups, and what everyday nursery life brings. I have worked with children from the ages of 2-5 whilst in the Nursery as well as picking up older children who left our nursery to attend big school as they would call it and then came back to us for after-school club. I also have lots of experience with new borns, overnights, weaning, and general care for under ones. I have lots of experience with special needs children. NVQ 2 in EYFS childcare and young people.

We hired Bianca as a babysitter for our 7 month old while in London. She immediately inspired confidence, came punctually, was highly communicative, flexible and was great with our daughter. Would definitely hire again anytime we’re in London!

Bianca looked after our twins who are currently one year old. Our babies love her and accepted her very fast, unlike other people we worked with. I could rely on Bianca and be sure that babies are safe and well with her. Bianca is flexible, reliable, positive, and, most importantly, likes kids.

Bianca was punctual, energetic and endlessly patient with our little one.
Updates were frequent and helpful. Really felt like she cared about Kaydences well being.

Bianca looked after our baby daughter Frankie for a few hours a week when she was between 7 and 10 months old, and has also done some ad hoc babysitting for us. Frankie immediately warmed to her and always seemed very happy when she was here. She was friendly and reliable, and was excellent at both entertaining Frankie and comforting her when needed. We never worried about leaving Frankie in her care and have no hesitation recommending her.

Bianca helped me out with nanny services for a week. It was a difficult time with lots of variability as my mum was in hospital and my dad and I were constantly swapping who was home. However Bianca dealt with all the changes with grace, understanding and professionalism. I was happy to leave the girls in her care whilst I popped to the hospital.
She played very well with Emi and Iris; Iris is usually a bit shy with new people, but was happily playing with Bianca within five minutes!
She did a great job, and I wish her well in her new job next week.
I highly recommend Bianca.

Bianca has been a total godsend. We hired her because my husband was getting back to work after 2 months paternity leave. Our baby was only 2 months old then, so I was very wary about having somebody else watching her but I really needed some me time as our families are abroad. However, Bianca proved herself to be very reliable, trustworthy and super gentle with our baby. She has been taking care of her for the last 3 months and we couldn't be happier. She provides me with plenty of updates and pictures and is kindly keeping the app we used up to date, so we can see what's going on.
We are also having Bianca to come round some weekends so we can do date nights. Our baby loves her so we leave the house knowing she is in great hands. Totally recommendable!

Bianca is fantastic with our little girls (7 months old) I was very nervous as this was the first time ever we'd have her taken care of by someone we didn't know, our baby loves Bianca and was instantly comfortable with her and so are we. Bianca is always very accommodating with timings and great at giving us updates when she looks after Harlow. We hope she will stick with us as long as possible.

It was my first time having someone care for my son, and so this was all new to me. I messaged Bianca a year ago and this time I took the step to have her look after my son for a few days. My son is a special needs child (autism) and has other medical conditions. We met few days before and conversation instantly flowed which made me feel at ease and comfortable around Bianca. The same was for my son. I was really happy to have had Bianca care for My son she kept him busy and spent some time outdoors to. She asked about his interests which was nice and sent me photos and videos during the day.
Thank you, and I would defo use Bianca again in the future

Bianca has looked after my children (11 and 8) a few times now, including today for the whole day. They really like her and they seem very happy with her (which is not a given, particularly for my eldest who has special needs and multiple medical issues which make him quite anxious to be left in other people's care). She clearly knows how to interact with children well, to be properly present, and to keep them happy, and she seems completely comfortable dealing with a child's additional needs. She made me feel that they were in safe hands. I can recommend Bianca without hesitation.
