(Full time space available now )My name is Andrea, I am 34 and based in the Wimbledon Chase area.I am a qualified childminder, ofsted registered .
I am a proud mum of 2 children 1 boy of 10 years and 1 girl of 13 years who attend Hillcross Primary School and Harris academy Wimbledon.I also live very close to Joseph Hood Primary School. I am based in Whatley Avenue, SW20.
I provide a loving, safe and educational environment for your children. I deliver a flexible and personal childcare service. I am honest, reliable and have good time keeping and organisation skills. I love to encourage children and help them grow in a variety of ways including building confidence, academically, socially and emotional development.
I enjoy looking after children, I aim to provide a warm, caring environment insuring each child feels safe, secure, happy and comfortable in their surroundings. I can provide healthy nutritious meals and snacks all home cooked.
My settings include a large outdoor space with equipment and an indoor area. I will be attending a number of regular groups including local play groups, sing-along and story time at the local library and soft play mornings at the local children’s centre, parks, farms, sure start centres and fruit picking in the summer months.
I follow the EYFS for all children under 5 years.
My Experience
I have been a childminder for the last 4 years .I have been a full time mum to my two children 13-10 I have looked after my friends child when she started work until he started full time school. My daughter was born prematurely at 31 weeks, I have the knowledge and experience of the extra special care needed in these circumstances.
My Qualifications
I have completed introduction to home-based childcare practice and the common core of skills and knowledge for the children’s workforce and a pediatric first aid.

Andrea is so friendly and enthusiastic. I felt really comfortable leaving my 11 month old daughter with her immediately, when I went back to work. She provides some great activities for the children and really cares about them all. Her family are also lovely and their home feels very welcoming. My daughter is really happy there.
I would highly recommend her.

I ve visited quite few childminders in the area before I got to Andrea and I must say the environment is far more pleasant.
The house is contemporary decorated and seems clean,
- the covered outside play area won me, as the little one can get fresh air even if it’s raining.
- Andrea is active and takes the children to play groups, parks, etc and most important... keeps the parents updated
- she tries to offer organic, healthy food ... customised for each diet
- she’s extra careful when it comes to safety
- her program is flexible and she is always willing to help
- none the least, the rates are reasonable.
Andrea, her pets and her family makes My daughter feel like she’s got a second home!!!

Andrea is caring and affectionate with my 2 year old daughter. She looks after her well and goes an extra mile to keep the children and the parents happy. She has a huge conservatory with play equipments and a small setup in the living for kids to play. The house is tidy and her own children are very well behaved and kind to my baby. 5 stars
