I had a telephone consultation with Patricia after learning that I had to have major surgery and needed to wean my baby son in a rush. She was very calm and reassuring and listened carefully to everything I had to say. She was keen to help and went the extra mile in coming up with suggestions and answering my questions. It was clear, from our conversation, that she had a great deal of experience with babies and was much loved by those she worked for. Her warm and caring nature also shone through. I was grateful and impressed.
