My Experience

I have been a Registered Childminder for 30 years. I originally stared childminding when my children were young and I could be there for them but as the years have gone on I am still doing it because I genuinely enjoying it.

I have mostly cared for the same families for what amounts to generations, when I start with a wee one I am there with the families until they grow up, move on to another primary school, go to high school or the family moves away.

I have suddenly found myself looking for new families to look after as all my wee ones have grown up on me and moved on to high school etc.

The experience I can offer you is patience, affection and a love of caring for smalll children trusted into my care. My moto has always been and always will be " A home from home" and I will continue offering that to any child intrusted to me.

My Qualifications

I have no formal qualifications other than 34 years of experience with children of all ages, a genuine affection for kids and love of my job

My Availability

I am available from 7am until 6pm and have space at the moment for two full time children.

I also have space for before or after school or nursery etc.

My Fees

• Childminding from £4.50 per hour

I charge £4.50 per hour for full time children and £5 for after school.

I make allowances for children coming from the same family, I also make allowances for after school children who may need my service during school holidays etc.
