My name is Pippa, I am a 24 year old young professional living in Leeds city centre and working full time at a secondary school. With the summer holidays approaching I am looking to work for enjoyment within an area I am passionate about and have a lot of experience in.
My Experience
With a First Class Honours degree in Child Development, my approach to childcare delves deep into the psychological depths of a child’s development. This is a passion that has developed throughout my studies and career ventures. I currently work in a secondary school supporting children with additional needs both within lessons and in alternative provision. Further to this, I work within the schools wellbeing centre to provide support for a range of students pastoral needs. Prior to this, I have worked in a nursery for 2 years alongside my studies working with children aged 0-5 and completed my university placement working in a children’s hospital ages 0-18. My experience is therefore extremely widespread and I feel very confident working with children of all ages.
