About Me
Hi my name is Jhoti I am a Ofsted registered childminder covering the solihull area. I also have two children of my own (5,3) and therefore a child friendly house filled with toys, love and laughter.
My home is Child friendly and planned around each child's development, we have a play room where children can show there creativity and focus on adult led activities. We also have a room for free play, where children can choose what they want to play with.
We also have great outdoor space, where children can explore with the natural resources provided, for example the use of a mud kitchen, growing there own plants, herbs and vegetables.

My Experience
I have three years experience as a primary school teacher and have worked in EYFS. Also prior to that I worked in a private nursery as a nursery nurse working in the baby unit, therefore I have experience with all age range of children.

My son has been looked after by Jhoti for 7 months now (since he was 9 months old) and we are so happy with our choice of childminder. He loves going to Jhoti’s and is happy to wave us goodbye in the mornings! Jhoti provides a wide range of activities for the children in her care which includes trips to the local park, soft play centres, playgroups and the farm as well as craft activities and much more. We visited a few Childminder’s when we were looking for the right childcare as well as nurseries and we just didn’t get the right ‘feel’ for the places we visited. But once we met Jhoti, we knew immediately that she was perfect. We are so happy with Jhoti and know we made the right choice.

My son has settled so well with Jhoti! I am really pleased with the whole set up. When I was looking for a childminder a 'home from home' set up was very important to me and that is why i chose Jhoti. I feel comfortable leaving my son for the first time. Thank you Jhoti!

Jhoti is absolutely awesome . I was looking for a trusty person who I could leave my daughter with just during the school holidays and I finally met Jhoti. My daughter loved the day she was with her and as she said she would like to stay with her in all her school holidays time. I felt so comfortable to send my daughter to hers, I received all information about what they had been doing all day . She offers a very safe and happy environment for the children in her care. I am more than happy with service she provides us , she is every thing we were looking for in a childminder and can highly recommend her .

As a teacher and new mummy who's never left her baby in a childcare setting, I was initially anxious about leaving my 7 month old baby boy. But very quickly, Jhoti made me feel completely comfortable and reassured. She's always smiling, has a wealth of experience, is caring, a great listener, she's aware of the EYFS curriculum and offers a range of focussed activities for my baby -including outings to play centres etc. She also keeps me updated which is amazing. For me I wanted someone more than just a carer. I want to see my baby thrive and learn different things everyday - and most importantly -to see him happy! Which he is :)

Jhoti is very caring and trustworthy person.My daughter absolutely adores her.She spends her time doing educational activities such as reading,writing,painting and playing games.She always keeps me updated about daughter.My child is very well fed with home cooked meals.Jhoti's house is absolutely spotless with child friendly garden and very clean rooms.Jhoti is very lovely person and her boys are very adorable too.I could not ask for anyone better to look after my child and I am one very happy mum.I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!!
