Hi my names Ellie and I am a qualified teacher with 3 years experience. I love working with children and am now incredibly knowledgable in not only how children learn, but how they thrive. I am looking for some extra work alongside my current job as a class teacher in year 2.
My Experience
I have always worked with children and have a vast array of experience through different jobs. I am trained as a teacher with a mathematics specialism and absolutely love teaching maths.
I worked at David Lloyd health club working in the kids club as well as running the holiday camps and birthday parties. The ages I worked with ranged from 3-11 years.
From working here I have always babysat and child minded throughout my teen years, wanting to continue this post University with a nannying position.
I am extremely competent with childcare and my favourite activities to do with them are arts and crafts (hence my degree!) and sports. I am also able to help with homework and tutoring as I have in the past tutored GCSE maths.
I have experience with children with learning difficulties as I taught tennis specifically to children with autism aiding my mum.
