I have 20 years experience working in childcare in Early Years settings.
I am a mum to 4 children, 3 sons and 1 daughter, all of which are grown up.
I am 43 years old, and live in Hawkinge, originally from Lancashire. I settled here with my family after relocating here with the Army, and decided to settle here.
I am creative, and can offer a wide range of activities and experiences to babies and children of all ages, to further promote and support their ongoing development.
My Experience
20 years experience working in Early settings in Nurseries, 8 years of that experience has been leading a team to support the development of babies and children up to 5 years old.
I am level 3 qualified, and have recently updated my first aid training, as well taken on safer sleeping, safer eating training.
I am a trained Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, recognising all aspects of child abuse, and how to keep children safe.
I regularly keep my health and safety up to date, including, food safety, food hygiene, fire safety, British Values and much more.
I have worked in a Military Nursery overseas in Germany with the British Army.
