I currently drop and collect from Boxgrove Primary, but can also drop and collect from Jubilee Primary, Northwood Primary or Parkway, but not all three together, so will be first come, first serve.
FYI only - Boxgrove Primary school starts at 8:55 and finishes at 3:30 so I am able, quite comfortably, to collect from most Primary Schools in and around Abbey Wood, including those mentioned above, as that is exactly what I have done in the past.
I am registered for Tax Free childcare. I can accept childcare vouchers.
I have been an Ofsted Registered Childminder since 2003. I have cared for children from all backgrounds, religions and cultures. I live with my partner and son who both work. We have no pets. I provide food, eg. breakfast, lunch, dinner and after school snacks. I can offer Tax Free childcare (if you are eligible). I can accept childcare vouchers if your employer offers this scheme. I carry a Full clean Driver's License and use my car for my business, which is fitted with appropriate restraints, harnessed car seats, booster seats. During the school holidays (weather permitting) I take the children out. We go to 'Soft play' centres, Children's Centres, local parks and parks a little further away and other places such as, museums, Wildlife parks, beaches etc.
Providing a service to a high standard is important to me, I therefore keep up to date with new legislation by attending courses that are available to me.
My Experience
20 years is a long service to childcare so obviously I've gained a lot of experience in caring for babies, toddlers and young children. One thing I've learned, they're all different!
One special area has been watching them progress and reaching their learning goals, encouraging and expanding their abilities and developments. My aim has always been to help them to develop and reach their milestones, expanding and fuelling their imagination, building on their self confidence and self worth, which in turn aids their ability to learn and communicate their needs. I am able to look back and see how far the children have progressed from babies to entering Reception - a most humbling, heart warming experience. However, due to my long service to parents with babies and toddlers, I am winding down to focus on children aged 4 to 12 years.

My hours are 7:30am to 6:30pm, however, you may not require these hours so your contract will be personalised to your required hours.
I currently drop and collect from Boxgrove Primary, so I have vacancies for children who attend Jubilee Primary, Northwood Primary, Parkway Primary, Thomas aBecket Primary and Delucy Primary.
(All the above schools start and finish with a 15 minute window to enable me to complete my commitments to Boxgrove).

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.00 per hour
Fees vary according to your requirements (eg, number of days, hours etc.) and needs. Fees will be discussed during an informal meeting.
Term time fees:
Mornings only £15
Afternoons only £20
Mornings and afternoons £25
Fees for School Holidays are £40 per day. - any number of days per week which are very competitive.

Sue was an Angel. She had my daughter for over a year and I was going to send my DD to her as well but we had to move houses. Sue was amazing , she cared for her like she was hers and looked out for me as well. She promotes play learning with kids, takes them out to playgroup, soft play, parks and site seeing. I really wished I could take her her with me when we moved.
