I’m a mother of a teenage son and an auntie to 10 nieces and nephews ranging from aged 5-25. I love nothing more than spending time with the children. I’m an avid reader, love nothing better than curling up with a good book or reading to my nieces or nephews. I’m a relaxed person and don’t get in a flap easily, cool and calm in a crisis. I love being outdoors, walks in the park and woods.
My Experience
I was with my previous nanny family for nearly 5 years, my role was to bring them home from school, do homework and snack time and then do activities with them and watch them until mum came home at 6.
I’ve been nannying for my current family for two years and I’ve just signed up for a 3rd, I’ve looked after their little ones since the youngest was 16 months old. They’re an absolute joy and I love my job. We do lots of arts and crafts, activities and playing with the odd bit of homework, we bake together and occasionally I babysit and make dinner and put them to bed.
I’ve also done some morning school runs with some lovely little girls who were 5, 6 and 7.
I’ve now been nannying for over 7 years and I’ve loved every second of it.

My Qualifications
Level 1 in caring for children
Level 1 teaching assistant
Level 2 in English literature and language
National diploma in performing arts - distinction
My Availability
Available from 9.30-2.30 Monday to Friday (my nanny family takes priority as I’m their emergency contact)
Babysitting most evenings 7pm onwards. I also now have full availability on a Friday.
