We have had our Inspection in May 21st 2024. again we are proud to say we both achieved OUTSTANDING
.
We are Hednesford based. Opening hours 8am till 3.30. We can offer 15hrs for 2 year olds and under. 30hour funded places for 3 and 4 year olds all 3 and 4 year olds will get 30 hours Funded place. 2 year funded places are 15 Hours funded places. Packed lunches from home must be provided. Some outings payable.

I love my job and really enjoy helping the children to achieve there goals. Annieka and myself work very hard and we aim for the children to achieve their goals and next steps. We have a playroom with lots of different toys, we also have a sensory room. We have a lovely garden.
We have recently had a lovely sensory room which as lots to explore.
We also have lots to investigate inside and outside, and all children are kept safe at all times, we have water wall and outside sit and ride toys. We have
sand and water play. Also a mud kitchen and water wall. We grow our own fruit and have a lovely sensory garden. With lots of diffrent herbs We go out very often. We do lots and lots of craft work. Painting glueing etc. We can also offer funded places for 2 year olds 3 and 4 year olds 15 hours free for two year olds that qualify. Also 30 hours for 3 and 4 year olds. Any extra hours have to be paid for. Please get in touch. I am a platinum graded accredited childminder.Annieka and myself have worked very hard We both love our job and love to help the children reach there goals. , we make a great team. This then gives us more one to one with the children. Which helps them to lean more and reach there goals.
My Experience
I have in the past had my own playgroup and mother and toddller group,
I am a fully qualified accredited childminder graded platinum. We are also an OUTSTANDING Setting graded by Ofsted July 2018. We both also achieved OUTSTANDING again May 2024.
I do ongoing training as needed.
I have experience with special needs children, including giving injections and checking blood sugars and keeping daily diaries on all carbs etc.
I have also had experience with children who have had epilepsy and kidney disorders.
I also have experience with children who have diatery needs example gluten and wheat, soya dairy and fruit allergies.
We also have had experience with children with asthma and can help or give them their inhaler, also we can give Puritan for any allergies. All medication should be from a doctor nurse or hospital and not brought over the counter please.
My Qualifications
I do ongoing training as needed, i am fully qualified and ofsted registered OUTSTANDING IN ALL AREAS OF LEARNING BY OFSTED 2018 and again in May 2024
I also have been awarded 5 stars from health and hygine on our house.
I have full first aid, food hygine, safe guarding, autisum, fire safety, food and hygiene certificates, I am registered with ofsted and I have a network co-ordinator who will help us at any time if we have any questions that need answering if we do not know them.
I am graded as a platinum graded Outstanding childminder. I can offer funded places for 15 hours for 2 year olds 3 and 4 year olds will qualify for 30 hours funding. Any extra hours will be paid for at normal fee.
My Availability
I have childcare spaces available at present, from 8am till 3.30pm

We have spaces available now from September 2024
We are Very flexible. I work with Annieka another childminder. Who is fully qualified and got first aid and safe guarding. Annieka also gained an OUTSTANDING grade from Ofsted.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
Our fees vary depending on hours and times. We also offer funded places for 2 3 and 4 year olds. If you need any other requirements please get in touch we are very flexible if we can help in any way. Some outings are at an extra charge.

The most amazing and reliable, trusting child minder you can ask for honestly she is amazing my daughter has sen and can be difficult and Wendy and Annieka have been nothing short of amazing with my daughter I know she has always been safe at Wendy’s. couldn’t recommend a better childminder in the area.

I can not fault Wendy and annieka for there care. The setting is spot on and my twins adore them both. They go above and beyond for the children in their care ..they give encouragement and confidence in the children. The food provided is lush and my children always eat what is given as they are given a choice. Communication is really good and they always let me know of anything even if minor.. I can't say enough other than definitely give them a chance

Literally the most amazing childminders you will find they work very hard with the children, have great communication with parents. My daughter is awaiting an assessment for autism Wendy and Annieka have done nothing but support me an my daughter. Would highly highly recommend.

My 10 month old baby started settling in with Wendy 4 weeks ago, however we have been in contact with each other since October. Since then Wendy has been very thoughtful and has always ask how we are and more importantly how my son is. Wendy even remembered when he had an operation and wished us well...she definitely goes the extra mile!
I made my decision to go with Wendy because as soon as i walked through the door, she intergrated Zavier with the other children and I watched how the other children received praise for there achievements.
My son has settled in really well, he especially loves the outdoor play area and they show him so much love which he loves.
Wendy's house provides a high level of security and Wendy and Annieka make sure that all child protection policies are followed.
If you are looking for a childminder, I highly recommend them, I visited 2 other childminders before i made my decision and I just knew within the first 5 minutes where i wanted my son to go.
