My name is Diane and I am an Ofsted graded "Good" registered childminder in West Thamesmead (SE28 0EQ). I am a mother of 3 children( 2 boys and a girl) and a Level 3 home based childcare qualified. I am Dbs checked, first aid trained and a member of the Professional association for childcare and early years(Pacey).
I am bilingual (French - English).
Daily care and activities are tailored according to children age, stage of development, needs, interests.
I have spaces for children aged 0-5 years, (part time, full time) as well as school age children.
I drop off and pick up to and from Heronsgate Primary school (Thamesmead campus at the moment)

My son, who is now 5 years old has been looked after by Diane wherever I needed the care. She has never let us down. She took my instruction very well and with respect. She did everything exactly how I do it. She is now doing school run for my son. She has also looked after my now 9 year old daughter and she adores her. She was very happy when ever I told her I have to take them to aunty's Diane's. Diane also lives 2 minutes walk from mine and honestly, she has been a life saver!

Diane has been providing care for my 2 year old boy for about a year now.
From the moment I met her, Diane put me at ease with her kind, friendly and trustworthy attitude. Diane provides a variety of activities to engage my son
She also has a big and lovely garden space with lots of stimulating toys My son really enjoys his time with her.
Diane also keeps me updated with pictures and videos of what activities my son has been up to all day.
I would recommend her to anyone looking for quality child care.

We began sending our daughter to Diane’s setting when she was just 9 months old, and her development from that time onwards has been remarkable. She helps children become independent and confident while ensuring their happiness and needs are met throughout the day. Our trust in her is further exemplified in the event we were able to request occasional support from her for our son when he was just 3 month old. We have worked in partnership with her all the while and always feel our children are safe in her hands.
Beyond all this, Diane has the kindest nature and has really become one of the family since we met her. We don’t know what we’d do without her!

This is my first experience of having someone looking after my twins and she has made it so smooth. Diane is friendly and open. She sat me down and explained everything before my twins started which was very comforting. She goes above and beyond for all the children she cares for and ensures they are safe. There are always a variety of activities to occupy the children and learn new skills. I would definitely recommend her!

My children of the ages 18 Months and 3 had a great experience whenever they came to Diane. She was very attentive even with unreliable hours with mine and my husbands work. She taught my children a lot in regards to their early years development and also french phrases which my children still love today! Only reason we had to leave is due to us moving away, but would highly recommend.
