About Me
My goal is to provide care for children in the setting that most benefis them (often home), while providing them with an environment conductive to learning, growing and becoming. I am a 19 year old self starter who’s extremely patient, hard working and empathetic often forming professional friendly bonds with the children I work with. Putting the child’s needs first and catering every shift dependent on the child, their ideas of fun etc as well as the parents or guardians suggestions or preferences. I provide close supervision, creative activities, nuterional food and all round support.
My Experience
My previous formal and informal experience had prepared me well for a role I might face. I have worked closely with several children of different needs, backgrounds, ages and abilities. I have worked in several schools on a volunteering basis where I shadowed and assisted the teachers in daily tasks, taking on the responsibilities of teaching the children maths and taking several lessons on literacy. I have cared for children on a number of 1x1 occasions, babysitting for families of 6 children to families of 1, I have experience in care for young and newborn children as well as children with special needs or certain medical requirements. I have been working at a school for 6 months now on a part time basis in which I run an after school club for the pupils of the school that provides educational, affordable, safe childcare in a friendly, professional, supportive environment. This jobs allows me to care for anything between 5-16 kids at a time arranging fun or educational activities, taking cooking classes, playing games or chatting with them. Each child is different but I pride myself on being able to cater for each child’s needs intentivly both personal, educational or physical, catering activities to their likes and dislikes and really allowing them to be at the forefront of decisions.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £8.00 per hour
I can cater to each families needs or financial requirements and if you’d like to discuss this further please message me, my rates are an outline but I often like them to be met. Fees dependent on distance traveled, if you need me to use my own car for requirements or activities.
