Confident , supportive and caring young lady!

Fran was brilliant! This was the first time for me to leave my girls for the weekend and Fran was great in helping to reassure me and clearly communicate our expectations beforehand. She worked amazingly alongside my mother in law and was a great help. Her years of experience and her educational background were very reassuring for me. knowing that our views on a gentle approach to discipline etc were very similar, gave me a sense of confidence that my girls would be supported in a positive manner and well looked after. I couldn’t recommend Fran enough.
