About Me

Hi, I’m Evie.
I am 22 years old and hold my childcare level 3 qualification which I completed in December 2018.
I have been working in a nursery setting since I was 16 years old and have completed my level 2 and 3 childcare qualifications. During this time, I gained experience working with ages 0-5.
In July 2019, I left my nursery job to work abroad where I was employed as a holiday creche nanny in Menorca, I was also working in the kids club team with children aged up to 15. I returned back home to the UK in October 2019.

When I returned to the UK, I continued to work at the nursery I was at previously, this time, primarily with ages 2-3 years. I then began nannying for a family with children aged 2 years and 6 months for 18 months.
I then began working for a family with children aged 10 and 5. I gained experience with sen, specifically autism, cerebral palsy and epilepsy during this time.

I love looking after children and supporting their development through lots of different indoor and outdoor activities in a stimulating environment.

I have taken a small break from child care due to having a baby of my own at the beginning of 2023.

I currently babysit on an adhoc basis for a family I have known since I started working in a nursery at 16 years old. They now have 3 children. As it is occasionally babysitting, I am keen to continue babysitter for other families around Southwick.

I would consider a part time nanny job if I had the opportunity to bring my child with me due to having no childcare of my own.

I also hold a full, clean drivers license.
