About Me
Hi I’m Amy and I’m 27 years old. I currently work as a room leader in a pre school room at a private day nursery, and have recently completed my degree in education studies at the university of bedfordshire. Previously I have worked in two other nursery’s with all ages, as well as TA’d for a reception class where I covered daily, teaching a class of 30! I’m fun, artistic, confident, caring and most importantly reliable! Non smoker, paediatric first aid trained, DBS checked and have my own car that I’ve been driving for 8 years. I have worked with children from new born to 6 years old, as well as having a special place in my heart with my additional needs experience for over 3 years. I am independent, living with my fiancé, cooking and cleaning and am happy to help out any household!
My Experience
I have lots of experience with children, however I don’t have a registered child minders qualification. My experience is; I first started volunteering on a children’s activity farm interacting with children showing them all the creepy crawly! Then I was early years lead at a holiday activity camp. Working in a reception class covering for the teacher and as a teachers assistant, to then progress to room leader in a pre school room. I have baby sat children from 3 months to 12 years. I also worked in two different nurseries for 4 years. I can provide references!

I am looking for a full time role, and am open to the occasional baby sitting if and when needed!
