My Experience

With over 5 years of professional and volunteer experience in childcare, I have developed a comprehensive skill set for nurturing and supporting children of various ages and abilities. My passion for childcare began at the age of 11 when I cared for my younger sibling, and it has grown through a variety of roles since then.

As a Brownie Leader for over 5 years, I have organized activities, mentored young girls, and fostered confidence and teamwork in a fun and inclusive environment. This role has enhanced my ability to plan engaging experiences and provide leadership.

Professionally, I have worked in nurseries, gaining valuable experience in early childhood education and care. Currently, I care for four children aged between 4 and 12, managing their daily routines and ensuring they have a nurturing and stimulating environment.

In addition, I serve as a Child Personal Assistant with Cornerstone, providing tailored care to an 8-year-old with special needs. My responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily activities like feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Administering medications and maintaining health routines.
Engaging in educational and recreational activities.
Offering emotional support and creating a safe, nurturing environment.
I also hold certifications in Supporting Children's Behavior and Developing an Understanding of Working with Children from North East Scotland College. These qualifications have deepened my understanding of children’s developmental stages, communication strategies, and positive discipline techniques.

Before 0900 and after 1700 Weekdays. Flexible Weekends

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

Standard Rate £12.00 per hour
£80 Flat Rate for overnight
