I have a son called Ben who is 15 and diagnosed as ASD. I also have a step-son who lives with us who has cerebral palsy and has complex needs.
My Requirements
I am looking for a PA for my autistic son Ben. He is 15 and goes to a school for autism and learning difficulties.
He has a good sense of fun, loves music and people but struggles to communicate as he hasn't got as much speech as he would like.
I'm looking for someone to look after him for 5hrs a week, in our home to start with but maybe in the future to take him to a club etc.
Initially it would be 5hrs a week term time.
During the school holidays it would be 10hrs a week and likely be during the day.
