My family and I were visiting Edinburgh, and Emily was able to help us watch our baby while my wife and I had a night out. She was wonderful and would highly recommend!

We approached Emily to babysit our 3yr old for an event . She was punctual,nice,caring and friendly. She made sure we had a nice time and kept me updated on any changes.We will forever be grateful to her for taking out the time and help us making new memories.

Emily is a brilliant babysitter. She's been looking after our almost two year old one morning a week for the past several months and it's been a fantastic experience. Our toddler is always excited to see her and has no trouble at all saying goodbye to me and going out for a walk or an adventure with Emily. She's great at keeping him entertained I'm always confident that he's in safe hands while I'm away.

Emily has been fantastic for us, looking after our 3 & 1 year olds recently for several mornings/afternoons a week. She has done everything we could’ve asked her to do, & more (helping with meals, changing, taking them out for walks, etc etc) but most importantly both adore her (‘When is Emily coming back?’ or ‘I want to see Emily’. She has been punctual, is patient, respectful & gentle, & has been a huge help. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Emily babysat our boys so that my wife and I could go out for the night. She was on time, visited our house beforehand, and got the boys to bed on time. Excellent communication and a nice person. Strongly recommend.

Emily picks up our two children very early twice a week and takes them to school and nursery respectively.
The children are not always the most cooperative and she is very calm with them!
Emily also picks up our son from school one day a week and looks after him until we get home.
Emily is communicative, punctual and has followed our instructions well! We would certainly recommend her services.

Emily looked after my 11 month old boy for my first three full days back at work. he had never had a babysitter before, and I was very nervous about him spending a whole day with somebody knew. She assuaged my nerves! Emily was kind and patient when my baby was grumpy and refusing to nap, she played with him and kept him entertained, and she communicated clearly and speedily. would recommend! thanks, Emily!

Emily is a very good babysitter, plays very well with my kids and is very reliable. She’s up for any sort of game and my seven year old boy loves to play football with her (She is very good at it 😊). I can highly recommend her.

Emily is our first babysitter and she did a great job. She is very reliable and responsive, making everything easier. She is experienced and knows how to handle fussy babies. She shows genuine care for the baby and managed to get along well with my son quickly. Emily is also happy to help with light housework when the baby is sleeping. I really like her calm and flexible working style.
On top of that, we very much appreciated her taking covid-measures during babysitting - a huge plus for risk-averse families.

Bad experience as I had explained that the baby eats only what I prepare for him and was given cookies (unsafe for allergies) without been asking for it. Also, every babysitter should know that you never leave a baby alone for whatever reason (if there is a need to leave the room you need to find somewhere safe to put the baby)

I directly asked you if it was OK to leave him for a minute when I went to the bathroom, you replied that yes it was, and then when you later said than no it wasn't, I never did it again. I was also not told that he was not allowed to eat one of the (very plain) biscuits that were left out in clear view on the countertop, and if there were allergies, I was not informed of them. I would also like to add that you continued to want me to babysit after both of these things happened.
Emily minded my two boys (2 and almost 5) for a week when my regular childcare provider was unavailable at very short notice.
She was very good and confident with the boys, who can be very boisterous together, and she is clearly experienced with children of this age. They even did not complain when Emily babysat them one evening, which is not a given.
Emily also very kindly tidied up the playroom at the end of each day - something which i did not ask her to do, but very much appreciated.
I will certainly be offering Emily holiday cover in the future.

We were passing through Edinburgh on a family road trip, and couldn't resist getting tickets for a terrific show as part of the Festival. Emily babysat our three kids and they and we were very happy. Reliable, kind, very punctual. And flexible - we set the babysitting up that very day. Thanks, Emily !

Emily showed up promptly as I was due for a night shift. I had nothing to worry about and was confident that my son was in safe hands. She is really nice and was good with my son . I was truly impressed .I will definitely use her again.

Emily won over both of my girls the moment they met her, when she left my oldest was asking when she was going to come again and I don’t take that lightly :) she is very sweet and attentive to their needs and Im at ease leaving them in her care.

Emily has looked after our two children (7&4) for approx. 2 months now. She’s very reliable, patient and friendly with the kids. My eldest has additional needs and she’s showed great care when dealing with him. Would happily recommend.

Emily babysit my two year old son and made me feel very at ease leaving him in her care. O Emily organised food for him and settled him to bed for me and when I checked in halfway through she put my mind at ease and reassured me everything was okay. Emily is experienced and I would defiantly recommend her for others.

Emily has been great with our 5 month old; he's a character and teething and she has been patient and sweet with him. She's taken him out on walks and plays with his at the park. Jamie loves Emily. Would not hesitate to recommend her!
