My Experience

September 23 - present- Tines Childcare (Back up Care)

Currently supporting families that need an emergency nanny. The number of children I care for can vary, as well as their ages. My duties may include school drop off/collection, meal preparation. general activities, e.g. soft play, library visits, parks also personal activities/hobbies.

Sept 2022 – Feb 2023 - Private Nanny (Temporary Part Time)

I cared for 3 children, twins aged 7 and 10 year old. I was responsible for collecting the children from school. I took them to out of school activities everyday such as football, karate, piano lessons. I prepared meals, household duties for the children e.g., tidying their toys rooms/bedrooms. Clearing up after them after meals and children's laundry.

May 2022 - July 2022 - Private Nanny (Full Time Change in family's personal circumstance)

I had sole charge for 1 year old. My duties included arranging breakfast, routine daily naps. Different daily activities such as, Storytime, soft play, parks, swimming, music and singing classes. My biggest achievement was encouraging the child to walk on her own. I am still in contact with the family and periodically met up with them.

October 2021 – April 2022 - Nanny (Temporary Full Time)

I cared for 11 months year old, I continued daily routine the parents had in place. I prepared breakfast, routine daily naps, prepared lunch and dinner. Enjoyed music/singing classes, soft plays, stay and plays, parks and swimming, Storytime, singing and other fun educational activities. Ensured the room and toys were tidy. Helped her start walking on her own and develop in her milestones.

May 2021 – Sept 21 - Anchor Greenacres Care Home - Care Assistant

I took on this role during the Covid period to help care for service users.

I cared for the people living in nursing, giving them physical care supporting them through emotional well-being and following safeguarding procedures. My daily responsibilities were to help them personal care, and mealtime.

August 2020 – October 2020 - Alpenbest (Home to Home carer) – Care Assistant

I took on this role during the Covid period to help care for service users in the comfort of their own home, giving them support with personal care, following daily care plans, medication and food preparation. Providing the best service.

August 2019 - April 2020 – Nanny (Fulltime)

I cared for 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6 years old. My duties were getting the children ready for school, support with breakfast. Taking the eldest two children to and from school. During the day sole charge of the 2-year-old. Activities were library visits for story time (which included choosing books for the older children, stay and play classes, parks, music classes, and activities in the homes. I am still in contact with the family, and often will do after hours babysitting for the family.

Jan 2018 – Aug 2018 - Nanny

I cared for two boys, 4 and 1 years of age. I was responsible for the school run and sole charge for 1-year-old during the day providing a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment. We participated in daily activities such as music class, park, soft play. I prepare all the children’s meals and sometimes done bedtime routines as well as the children’s laundry.

Jun 2014 – Dec 2017 Teddies West Dulwich Nursery & Pre-School – Nursery Assistant

I help organise structured daily activities for the children assisting them with reaching specific milestones. I assist with the preparation of meals and feeding the babies following food hygiene codes of practice, noting allergies and food intolerances. Maintain a high level of Health & Safety within the nursery. Continuously liaise with parents and staff, exchanging knowledge, ideas and techniques in providing the best learning environment for the children.
