Hi! My name is Alexia Lindquist, I’m 28 years old and from Sweden. I’m currently working full time for a Swedish/Cypriot family and have been for 5 years. I’ve got a lot of experience working in childcare and have a full settlement agreement to live and work in the UK.
I’m a happy, open, independent and a respectful woman. I have always taken care of myself as a teenager and it has brought me maturity. I love to try out new things, to be creative and I love to help and care for people and children. On my free time I like to work out at the gym, to be with friends and to travel, I also love the woods and nature and like to spend my time going for walks. As a person I’m really caring, it’s something I think is really important. I always try to see the good in people and to give them a chance before I give my opinion on them. I got a lot of ambition and I always try to do my best!
My Experience
I have been working in London as an aupair, mother’s help and full time nanny for almost 9 years and have experience as an intern at a Swedish nursery. I have been taking care of kids between the ages of 7 months to 9 years and prefer to stay with that but if I find a perfect family with kids different ages that I’m used too I could reconsider!
My Qualifications
In my previous families I have been cooking, cleaning, been in charged of family’s laundry, swimming, driving the kids to school and activities, helping with homework, play dates, activities, taking to doctors, nightly babysits, traveling, taking full care of the children when parents are on business trips and worked the last 5 year for a key worker so lots of flexibility! I have also got a first aid certificate but it has expired so i will renew when I find a new family!
