About Me
Hi - We are a family of 4, living in Kentish Town, who are looking for a Nanny for our 7 year old girl and 5 year old boy. I work in sustainability and my husband works in the music industry.
Orla (7) is great fun. She is enthusiastic about pretty much anything, but particularly enjoys drawing, crafting, gymnastics, tennis, climbing trees, Lego and make-believe games.
Max (5) is a total cutie. He has a very cheeky sense of humour and loves cuddles. He also loves Lego, hot wheels, play doh, climbing and learning to ride his bike.
Our kids are both wonderful little characters and full of beans, so we need someone with lots of energy!
My Requirements
Hello,
We are looking for a Nanny for 5 days a week (monday - friday), ideally 2 - 7pm (these hours are a bit negotiable if not workable) with babysitting on top. We are open to the start time being flexible - eg one day starting at 2pm to do some cooking etc before pick up, the next day starting at 3pm to make a quick snack before collection.
We live in Kentish Town/Gospel Oak, 5 mins walk from Hampstead Heath.
The role includes:
- pick up kids from school at 3.20pm and look after them both for the afternoon.
- use time before pick up for cooking/hanging out laundry/tidying/putting away clothes, as needed
- prepare and give them meals
- taking the kids to gymnastics/swimming lessons/the playground after school
- helping with homework and ideally piano practice
- bathing them and getting them ready for bed
- tidying up with the kids at the end of the day
- occasionally coming on holiday with us (UK based most likely) to help with the kids (negotiable).
We require someone who has the flexibility to work additional hours during the school holidays.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, trustworthy and caring. But also someone who can cook healthy, diverse and yummy meals for the kids, is imaginative with thinking up things to do and places to go and who will become part of the fabric of our family life.
