My Experience
I possess valuable experience of working with children from 2-5 years and I have learnt that it is a definitely rewarding job. From the last 3 years of working with children and young people I have learnt they have a natural curiosity, a sense of wonder and enthusiasm for play and learning, which has a positive effect on all those who work with them. Equally, they need to be encouraged and supported by people who bring the same enthusiasm to these experiences as they have. In addition, I have built good interpersonal skills, such as patience, a friendly manner, and the ability to communicate with children, young people, colleagues and other adults such as parents and carers.
