I am looking for a part time ofsted registered nanny to assist with childcare for us, who embraces respectful and conscious parenting.
15-20 hours a week, flexible days/evening with the option of additional hours when work opportunities arise for me. Sometimes coming away with us on a work trip if this works for you and your situation.
The children are creative, love exploring nature, arts and crafts, and reading. They play really well independently and have vivid imaginations. We're looking for a caregiver who is kind, caring, and understands the importance of a nurturing tone, as my approach avoids traditional disciplinary methods in favour of mutual understanding and respect. If you're experienced with or open to learning more about relational approaches to behaviour that align with gentle/conscious parenting principles, I'd be keen to discuss how you could fit into our family dynamics.
Activities including visiting playgrounds, groups, planting, visiting museums, sharing knowledge, and assisting with home education are key aspects of this role.
